Join us for a relaxing painting session learning different watercolor effects for landscapes!
Artist & designer Irene (from Chroma Rex) will lead the class in some warm-up exercises before guiding you through your mini landscapes, in a style that's a bit in-between impressionism & realism that makes the most of what watercolor paint can do.
All supplies provided, and you'll leave class with:
- A whole pad of mini watercolor paper, including a few landscapes that you tackled to commemorate your favorite views & memories
- A sample card of artist grade watercolor paints to continue painting with at home
- A better understanding of how to control watercolor paint, painting techniques, paper selection, maskants & additives, and debossing
Come to class with photos or places in mind, and Irene will show you how to improve through beginner-friendly tiny paintings! Please bring screen shots as the internet connection in our old building isn’t very strong <3
